According to a U.S. Census Bureau survey released in August about characteristics of older workers in Oklahoma in 2004, 21.1 percent to 22.2 percent of Oklahoma County's workers were 45 to 54 years old; 8.8 percent to 10.3 percent were 54 to 64 years old; and 3.3 percent to 4 percent were 65 years old or older.
